This post is permanent and the shift pattern is Rotational days/nights 12 hour shifts.

Exciting opportunity for Paediatric nurses with an NMC RN(Child) active PIN to be involved in a dynamic highly motivated team providing care to children with rare complex needs. Opportunity to expand skills and knowledge in multiple areas not available elsewhere. Our team is diverse and work closely with AHP’s to provide well rounded compassionate care to our patients.

Opportunities Available Include

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Care of the ventilated child
  • Care of the child pre and post neurosurgery
  • Neuro rehab following traumatic injury
  • Management of complex movement and tone disorders
  • Management of complex epilepsy
  • Care of the child with Cystic Fibrosis
  • Management of complex metabolic and endocrine disorders
  • Acute management of the child/adolescent with an eating disorder

We are supported by committed medical and surgical teams who are invested in the development of the team and service, offering on and off the floor teaching and training.
