What You’ll Be Doing

You have the power to transform a reactive, chaotic IT service into an empowering solution that adds genuine value to our clients' businesses and their IT infrastructure. Our primary objective is to enhance and mature our clients' IT environments by providing transparent risk assessments and proactive assistance. We work with a wide variety of clients, providing bespoke support services and technical escalation routes. You’ll be involved in supporting our clients’ IT infrastructure on a day-to-day basis, this could be from our London office, working directly onsite with our clients or quite often a mixture of both

Your Day-to-Day

• Manage and maintain client IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware
• Support and understand clients’ business-critical systems to ensure productivity
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems and applications across environments
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect client systems
• Oversee software and application maintenance, upgrades, and performance
• Contribute to IT strategies that align with client goals and improve efficiency
• Provide timely technical support to resolve user issues
  
  

What We're Looking For

If some (or most) of the following sound like you, we'd love to hear from you:

• 1-3 years’ experience in an IT support or project delivery role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellent service
• Solid technical understanding of infrastructure, including networking, hardware, software, and security
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to varied tasks
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
