What You’ll Be Doing

We’re looking for someone with a broad technical background who has a strong working knowledge across LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies. Key areas of experience for a successful candidate include network design and implementation of both wired and wireless networks, and configuration and deployment of Cisco and Meraki hardware (switching, routing, firewalls, wireless).

This is a senior role within the Technology Solutions team, and you will be expected to build relationships across our client base and be involved in engagements from end-to-end. This includes initial requirements gathering, solution design and proposal writing, hands-on technical delivery, and handover to support.

Your Day-to-Day

• Understanding the client’s requirements and architecting Solutions
• Technical designs and proposal writing
• Taking the lead on large projects and supporting work carried out by other team members
• Broad technical knowledge, with a deep knowledge of Networking
• Attend client-facing meetings / pre-sales with clients.
• Supporting the operations of client environments
• Contributing to the development of our offering by exploring and developing new technologies
  
  

What We're Looking For

• If some (or most) of the following sound like you, we'd love to hear from you:
• Minimum 5 Years experience in designing and implementing solutions using Cisco and Meraki hardware (switching, routing, firewalls, wireless)
• Technical competence across the full stack of Microsoft Windows Server Technologies (Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy management, and general Windows Server technologies).
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• An ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands on their time.
• MSP background desirable
  
  

Additionally, candidates will ideally hold some of the following certifications:
