About the Role


As a Paralegal in Road Traffic Accident claims, you will:




  • Manage RTA Cases: Oversee pre-litigated RTA claims, ensuring timely progression and accurate documentation.


  • Prepare Legal Documents: Draft statements, letters and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards.


  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, third parties, and medical professionals to ensure the smooth running of each case.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to develop effective case strategies, while mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the team.


What We're Looking For




  • RTA Experience: Proven experience in handling Road Traffic Accident claims is essential.


  • Strong Legal Knowledge: A thorough understanding of personal injury law, especially in the context of RTAs.


  • Attention to Detail: High standards in case management, with exceptional organisational and documentation skills.


  • Professional Communication: Clear and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and external parties.


  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
