What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead all store operations including stock control, compliance, and banking


• Inspire and manage a team of outdoor experts to exceed customer expectations


• Create a welcoming, customer-first environment rooted in product knowledge


• Drive sales through performance analysis and innovative campaigns


• Deliver high visual standards and seasonal merchandising across the store
