You’ll lead a small in-house finance team and manage outsourced credit control, reporting directly to the MD. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress toward a Finance Director role.
Lead all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Provide commercial insight to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and controls.
Champion the use of technology to enhance finance operations and customer/supplier interactions.
Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAS) with proven experience in a senior finance role.
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.
