Seeking a HR Director to establish HR as a strategic partner, driving talent management, compliance, and workforce development in an Oil & Gas EPC firm.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with company goals

Talent Acquisition: Recruit top engineering & project talent

Compliance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws

Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment

Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive packages

HR Tech & Analytics: Implement digital HR solutions

DEI & Nationalization: Drive UAE workforce integration

Qualifications & Experience:

10+ years in HR leadership in Oil & Gas EPC

Expertise in HR compliance, talent management & digital HR

Ability to manage international teams & high-pressure projects

Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus
