- Work closely with patent attorneys, fellow paralegals, and business teams to support a wide range of intellectual property activities
- Stay on top of deadlines through IP docketing, generating reports, and tracking key dates
- Keep our systems sharp by maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity in our IP databases
- Get hands-on with filings and admin from patent submissions to preparing presentations and handling vendor queries
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
- Degree preferred but not essential: relevant experience and a proactive, can-do attitude are equally valued
- Detail-driven and dependable: accuracy and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines are key
- Familiarity with IP tools a bonus: knowledge of patent/trademark processes, Legal Tracker, or CPI is a plus.
