Job Description:

Responsibilities:

As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, invoicing, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
  • Supporting engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
  • Assisting with timesheet entry and ensuring data is accurately recorded in our systems.
  • Resolving customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

  • We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering quality work.
  • Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
