Job Description:
Responsibilities:
As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will be the engine behind our service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full lifecycle of work orders, from creation to closure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaising with customers to obtain purchase orders, issue proformas, invoicing, and keep them informed throughout the service process.
- Supporting engineers and service controllers with documentation, planning, and process adherence.
- Assisting with timesheet entry and ensuring data is accurately recorded in our systems.
- Resolving customer disputes quickly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and pride in delivering quality work.
- Experience working with business systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and living the Finning values.
