Thermal Insulation Engineer – Glasgow

Based in Glasgow | Company Van Provided | Gold TICA Card Required Monday – Friday | Overtime & Weekends Available

Are you an experienced Thermal Insulation Engineer looking for a new opportunity with a well-established and forward-thinking company? I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well established, Thermal Insulation Company, a trusted name in the insulation sector, known for our high standards, strong team culture, and commitment to safety and professionalism.

You’ll be joining a business that takes pride in delivering top-quality work across commercial, industrial, and marine projects throughout the UK.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing various forms of thermal insulation on pipework, ductwork, vessels, and equipment.

• Working on-site across multiple locations (a full UK driving licence is essential – we provide a company van).

• Ensuring all work is carried out to meet TICA and industry standards.

• Collaborating with a close-knit, skilled team and liaising with supervisors to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Committing to safe working practices and helping maintain our outstanding safety record.

What We’re Looking For:

• Gold TICA/CSCS Card – this is a must.

• Proven experience in thermal insulation (pipe lagging, cladding, ducting, etc.).

• A full UK driving licence – as we provide a fully equipped company van.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

• Standard: Monday to Friday

• Overtime and weekend work available – giving you the flexibility to earn more.
