We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, newly qualified Commercial Real Estate Graduate or a Surveyor with Valuations experience to join our market-leading Healthcare Valuations team, based in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering valuation services for healthcare properties, including care homes, private hospitals, GP surgeries, and specialist facilities. You will engage with a wide range of clients, including investors, developers, and operators, providing strategic valuation advice.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations of healthcare-related properties in accordance with RICS standards.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver accurate and timely valuation reports.
- Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare property market, including trends and regulatory changes.
- Engage with clients, maintaining and building strong professional relationships.
- Work as part of a wider multidisciplinary team to provide tailored solutions to complex client needs.
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and risk management procedures.
- RICS-accredited degree or equivalent qualification in real estate, surveying, or a related field.
- Full membership or working towards membership of RICS (MRICS).
- Proven experience in commercial or healthcare property valuation is desirable.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Argus Enterprise is advantageous.
- A proactive and professional approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
