- 45,000 per annum benefits Hydrogen Group are supporting our Financial Services client, looking for a skilled Business Analyst with 2-5 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in understanding business needs, analysing data, and supporting the implementation of solutions to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities: Analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Create functional specifications and process documentation.

Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of business solutions.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.

Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.

Support the delivery of projects by ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Identify opportunities for process optimisation, and propose solutions.

Assist in project management tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Contribute to ongoing process reviews and improvements.

Key Requirements: Candidates must have 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Change Analyst/Manager role, preferably within the Financial Services sector.

Strong analytical skills and experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in process mapping and documentation.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Experience with agile methodologies is beneficial.
