Salary: £27,000 - £30,000

Preferred Experience:
Experience handling Marine, Aviation, Property, or Casualty Claims is a strong advantage. However, candidates with personal lines or other claims experience are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate claim settlements involving policyholders, insurers, brokers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Manage your own caseload efficiently to ensure timely, accurate settlements while controlling vendor expenses.
Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the team to meet individual and collective goals.
Coordinate with third-party service providers to maintain high claims service standards.
Represent the company in internal and external meetings, including broker and client reviews, and potentially with London market representatives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear and timely communication.
Support senior claims adjusters, managers, and underwriters with projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
Professional qualifications preferred (ACII or working towards).
Proven experience in claims handling.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
