The shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday 0830am-430pm.

We are seeking a highly motivated person to be part of the integrated Discharge Team GG&C offering Administration support
The role is essential to provide administration support to the integrated discharge team across NHS GG&C. This post will support the integrated discharge team with the day to day administration tasks. The post holder will support with producing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports around delayed discharges, Acute homeless liaison service and the Discharge Lounges. The post holder will support with producing data/reports for Public Health Scotland and help with the collection of data for Freedom of information requests

- Minute taking skills
- Proficient in use of software systems including Microsoft Office Packages
- Advanced keyboard skills
- Excellent organisational and communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate all-round professional attitude especially under pressure with deadlines and conflicting interests.
