An excellent opportunity has arisen for a handyman to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies covering the Glasgow area.The Handyman is a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house.Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include:

• Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
• Brickwork - repairs to walls
• Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
• Car Park / yard works
• Roller shutters - annual PPM and reactive repairs
• Painting and decorating
• Carry out minor painting repairs
• Plumbing and drainage
• Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
• Repair leaking taps and washers.

For the right candidate a fantastic salary / package is on offer consisting of the following:

• Basic salary - £28,540.46
• 40 hours per week
