Title: Customer Care Advisor – Inbound

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full Time 
Location: Glasgow City Centre – Office based
Salary: £25,396 plus bonus

Help our patients calling in with a wide range of enquiries from arranging sight tests to arranging refractive treatments.
Display strong administration skills.
The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
