Managing Quantity Surveyor – Specialist in Measurement & Cost PlanningWe are a fast-growing consultancy working on high-profile projects across the UK and internationally. About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in measurement, take-offs, and Bills of Quantities. Proficiency in CostX and experience working under the latest measurement regulations (MRN2 or MRN3) is essential.


Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out detailed measurement and take-offs from drawings and specifications


Produce and update accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs)Develop cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation

Track project costs, manage variations, and advise on commercial risk

Use CostX to deliver digital measurement and cost reporting

Ensure all work aligns with MRN2 or MRN3 standards

Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking ForDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar

Strong technical knowledge in measurement and cost management

Security clearance (or eligibility to obtain it)Demonstrable experience preparing BOQs and conducting take-offs

Must be confident working under MRN2 or MRN3 regulations

Proficient in CostX software

Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skillsA proactive and collaborative mindset
