Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented individual looking for an Apprenticeship in the Legal Sector? We are seeking an Apprentice Admin Assistant to join our MAJIC practice group and support our Insurance Division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration whilst working towards a Diploma in Digital Applications Support at SCQF Level 6 with QA Scotland



Responsibilities



Assist the Scottish File opening team with processing instructions for all new matters



Ensure files are opened promptly to meet specific court deadlines



Accurately input management information into a centralized system and provide data analysis when required



Review datasets to validate data quality



Prioritise and organise work efficiently to meet specified deadlines



Adapt to changes in workload priorities and work flexibly



Maintain electronic files in line with business processes and regulatory requirements



What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential



Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft systems



Knowledge of relevant document and case management systems



Excellent administration and organizational skills



Ability to work to set deadlines and service levels



Strong team spirit with proven team working skills



Good attention to detail and concern for accuracy and quality of work



Excellent communication skills
