What you'll do:
As an Executive Assistant in the Corporate Services division, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the organisation. You will be responsible for:
Building strong networks with both internal and external counterparts
Providing administrative support for various projects
Managing senior visitor schedules
Maintaining effective communication with colleagues and external parties
Diary management, processing expenses, attending meetings to capture actions, and implementing filing systems
This role requires a proactive approach, adaptability to change, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
