We’re looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with our Service Manager and field teams to manage key compliance processes, close out insurance-timed defects, and ensure our service operations are running smoothly and effectively.

- Monitor and manage insurance-timed defects across the full Orona portfolio, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate and plan defect closures, liaising with Operations, Supervisors, and Coordinators.
- Collaborate with our National Key Account Team, providing regional compliance updates.
- Support the Quotation Team on urgent quote requests, helping prepare and issue proposals to clients.
- Attend and contribute to monthly compliance review meetings, bringing actionable insights.
- Prepare compliance reports and data summaries for internal stakeholders and client-facing meetings.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and integrity, updating our Service Management System and maintaining audit-ready records.
- A sharp eye for detail — especially when reviewing reports or Excel data
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Experience in a service, compliance, or data/reporting-focused role is ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of service management systems
- A proactive mindset — ready to learn, contribute, and grow with us
