As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join us at a Partner level internally — someone who can take ownership, build lasting relationships, and drive new client growth with confidence and integrity.
If you’re motivated by impact, autonomy and commercial reward, this could be a great fit.
What the role looks like
You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales process — from first outreach through to signed engagement. You’ll be supported by a great internal team who’ll help you with lead generation, but you’ll have the freedom to drive your own success.
As a Partner, you’ll be trusted as a senior commercial voice in the business — someone who works independently, builds meaningful client relationships and plays a hands-on role in how we grow. What you’ll be doing

Leading meetings with senior decision-makers, either remotely or in person
-
Building strong, consultative relationships with new clients

Clearly explaining how the R&D scheme works and how we help
-
Working closely with our internal associates who support with appointment setting
-
Managing your pipeline and sharing performance insights with the team
What we're looking for
-
Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
-
Confidence in leading conversations and building trust quickly

Experience selling into non-traditional sectors like manufacturing, engineering, construction, or similar industries is a strong plus

A base salary of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience

Uncapped bonuses based on performance - OTE (£95,000 - £100,000)
-
Qualified leads and appointment-setting support from our in-house team
-
Full onboarding and ongoing training
-
Flexibility to work remotely, with hybrid options available if you prefer
