We are looking for a Team Leader to join our services within our Connect 1Service, which provides a wide range of support for people with physical and learning disabilities

At Glasgow Connect, we strive to offer a service that is truly person-centred, ensuring that the vision of the People We Support is encapsulated in policy and service delivery

We aim to challenge and change societal attitudes to become fair and inclusive, ensuring that everyone has quality opportunities to thrive and reach their full potential

The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth, effective running of this service, ensuring compliance with all organisational administrative tasks and maintaining the highest standards of care and support

The Team Leader will manage their own time and support hours and will be supported by Project Managers

This is a full-time, permanent position 39 hours per week

What you will need to bring to the role

Due to the location of the services and shift patterns, access to personal transport is recommended
