Team Leader (SIPP/SSAS) £36,000 to £40,000 plus benefits
A well-established pension firm, known for providing first-class guidance to HNW clients and Financial Advisors, is seeking a Team Leader. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a senior team member to join the management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of SIPP/SSAS activities
Key responsibilities include:
Workload distribution
Staff development
Marketing
Training
Coaching
Recruitment
Acting as the main point of contact for clients
To succeed in this role, you should be a senior account manager, technician, or people manager with experience in the SIPP and SSAS sectors. Excellent communication skills and a positive, progressive management style are essential
