Job Role: ParaplannerLocation: Shrewsbury – Office Based with 1-day WFH after probationSalary: £42,000 - £46,000 (depending on experience)We are working with a firm committed to a client centric approach, focusing on helping clients achieve financial freedom and security at every stage of life. Therefore, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning business.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role while delivering exceptional service to clients and also offers opportunities for career growth. About the RoleAs a Paraplanner, you will be responsible for providing one on one support to a specific advisor and client bank, really building on genuine relationships and providing an exceptional service. You will write reports conduct research and produce cashflow models.

The ideal candidate pays strong attention to detail, be analytical and work with a high level of communication. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify the appropriate information to produce cashflow forecasts. Carry out research on a variety of products and providers.

Ensure alignment with FCA regulations. Prepare complex financial planning reports and calculations. Build genuine client relationships and provide professional support across Advisors, other Paraplanners, Client, Providers and other colleagues.

About YouLevel 4 Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years’ experience as a Paraplanner. Competent with financial systems such as Defaqto, FE Analytics, Selectapension, and CashCalc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to compose professional and bespoke content for reports and client communications. Remuneration and BenefitsA good holiday offering with birthday day off and Christmas/New Year closure and increase after a specific time of service.
