This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is looking for a new challenge within a fast paced team.
What You’ll Be Doing:Manage accurate billing for a portfolio of 200+ B2B and B2C customers
Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices to support healthy cash flow
Develop and implement strategies to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and aged debt
Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers while ensuring effective credit control
Collaborate closely with finance and commercial teams to ensure robust monthly financial performance and balance sheet health
Contribute to the overall financial stability and profitability of the group
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in credit control within a B2B or B2C environment
Track record of reducing aged debt and improving collection KPIsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)A self-starter with a passion for continuous personal and professional development
