Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Compliance Team, collaborating across departments to uphold best practices and certification requirements. This role is ideal for an individual who takes initiative, is eager to develop their skills, and is committed to ensuring regulatory compliance across the business.________________________________________Qualifications & Experience* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within a compliance or construction environment.* Strong IT proficiency and the ability to work across multiple systems.* Excellent communication and analytical skills.* A full UK driving licence is required, as travel to construction projects will be necessary.* Internal training will be provided where required.________________________________________Key Responsibilities* ISO Certifications: Assist in maintaining certifications for Integrated Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.* Industry Certifications: Ensure compliance with various industry certifications such as CHAS, Constructionline, Building Confidence, Safe Contractor, and others. This involves updating certification portals and obtaining evidence from internal sources.* Internal Audits: Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits across business operations and construction projects to ensure adherence to business procedures.* Trend Analysis: Assist the Operations Manager in reviewing and analysing internal audit results, communicating findings to stakeholders, and suggesting improvements.* Audit Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on audit statuses, findings, and identify opportunities for continual improvement.* Document Control and Process Development: Support the development, review, and management of compliance-related policies, procedures, and forms to ensure effective document control.* Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure continual improvement of processes and efficiencies within the business.* Client Compliance & Onboarding: Complete and submit client pre-qualification questionnaires in a timely manner.________________________________________ Apply Now!
