Job Title: Asset & PPM Operator

Location: Glasgow Head Office

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: HYBRID: 40 Hours Per Week (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Salary: £24,969.00 Total Salary + Great Company Benefits (outlined below)

An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experience Asset & PPM Operator to join our company, to work with one of our major UK supermarket clients.

This role will see the successful candidate support in maintaining a complete and accurate Asset Database and helping to deliver all aspects of PPM planning, scheduling, and delivery including coordination and upload of all associated documentation to ensure Contractual and Legal compliance.

Support manager with all reasonable requests required to deliver Team Objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help update and maintain a complete and accurate Asset Register.
• Support with planning, scheduling and managing PPMs through to completion including upload of associated certificates and documentation.
• Process Asset and PPM information provided by in-house teams or external suppliers.
• Support with processing information relating to Asset Warranties.
• Help produce Asset or PPM related reports when required.
• Reassign PPMs to Technicians or Suppliers when required.
• Develop strong and constructive working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
• Interact with City Colleagues, Client representatives and suppliers through clear verbal and written communication in order to provide support and resolve issues.
• Record and flag remedial issues generated from In-house PPMs.
• Comply with any reasonable request from the Asset & PPM Manager.

Qualifications / Experience:Essential

• Ability to extract, collate and present performance data relevant to the business.
• Ability to motivate self.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Confident liaising at both Area & Divisional Level.
• Experience in developing strong working relationships with internal and external Colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
• Accomplished in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (confident with V Look-ups and formulas etc.).
