Job purpose
Walker Love provide professional services to a range of court users, financial services institutions, public sector bodies and government agencies. Employing circa 135 staff across 6 offices throughout Scotland and holding the Silver Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation, we are committed to offering a highly rewarding employee experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and improving systems.
Salary: £23,809.76 per annum.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 8.

- Apply, transfer, and organise data and physical files in line with company procedures.
- Ensure all data is accurately named, stored, and retrievable in accordance with data protection policies.
- Manually review and update transaction rejections in the system.
- Accurately update and maintain customers’ personal details on the company’s internal database.
- Analyse data to give insights and support decision making.
- Respond to client enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support and information to clients regarding their accounts or queries.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of Excel and Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work as part of a team and perform under pressure.
- High standard of processing skills - speed/accuracy.
- Good level of numeracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be capable of meeting strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- National 5 in: English, Mathematics, Computing/Administration.
