12 week temp job - Care Coordinator

Location - Barrhead

Pay - £16.30 per hour

Working hours/days - 4 days on and 4 days off on a rota basis

Working shifts - 730am - 12pm and 12pm - 1030pm

Our client based near Barrhead are looking for Coordinator to join their office based team on a temporary basis. We are looking for someone with experience working in care industry and this is an essential requirement. Job Role

You will be part of a team providing office support to staff and service users within a geographical area. As a Community Co-ordinator you will be primarily responsible to support your local team of Home Care Reablement Workers to deliver care and support to people assessed as requiring care services. The role also includes a requirement to directly deliver care and support to service users.

You will be responsible for the quality of service delivered by your home support staff team; to ensure that service users receive high quality care and support; undertake care planning for service users and actively contribute to service reviews for individuals.

With responsibility for the direct line management of frontline staff, you will undertake regular supervision, with a focus on the wellbeing and professional development of your team. You will ensure a culture of person centred care which promotes service users to be as independent as possible and that they are central to all decision making in relation to their support and how that is provided.

You will ensure your team actively contribute to and follow individual care plans for our service users, promoting rights and responsibilities whilst supporting individual's goals and aspirations adhering to safe systems of work and measures concerning delivery of care and support.

You will assist the Team Manager - Service Delivery in the management of our care service which will include the monitoring, co-ordination and development of the service.

As a key team player within a dynamic and ever changing environment you will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure You will be flexible and adaptable to change, be compassionate, imaginative, possess integrity and demonstrate the level of professionalism required within the role.
