Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor - #1781694

Ten Live are currently recruiting on behalf of our industry-leading client for a Nightshift Warehouse Supervisor, based in Cumbernauld. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team within a busy and physically demanding warehousing environment.

This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will be directly involved in leading a team of operatives to ensure daily operational and customer delivery targets are consistently met. You will support the management team and oversee a specific section of the warehouse function.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation to meet both operational and customer demand
• Oversee goods-in processes, including checking for damages or missing items
• Ensure goods are stored correctly and dispatched accurately within the network
• Lead and motivate your team, promoting a strong culture of teamwork and accountability
• Identify and resolve issues on shift where possible, escalating when necessary
• Uphold manual handling standards and promote safe working practices across the team
  
  

Skills, Experience And Attributes

• Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to motivate, support, and develop team members
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Good understanding of customer service standards and the impact of operational failures
• High attention to detail and an organised approach to work
• FLT (Counterbalance) experience preferred, but not essential
  
  

Additional Information

• Own transport is essential due to the site location
• Temp-to-perm opportunity with a permanent contract available after 12 weeks
• Nightshift: Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 00:00 08:00
