The purpose of the role is to provide support to the sales managers and sales advisor to maximise opportunities to deliver monetary and volume targets through negotiation and selling of plots.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support to the sales managers and to the sales advisors on site when required.
- Oversee all marketing, liaising with Group Marketing, the social media team and property portals to ensure all digital marketing is optimised
- Liaise with Group Marketing to gain insight for the department into relevant analytics
- Oversee all signage, marketing suite fit outs and site set ups.
- Provide site launch and show home launch support
- Monitor and analyse sales performance in the region on a monthly basis
- Monitor processes and procedure compliance
- Review NHQC requirements are met on each sale
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
- Academic Requirements- Relevant Apprenticeship/Undergraduate/Postgraduate or equivalent qualifications
