Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for school leavers to join our Graduate Apprenticeship programme in Glasgow. Upon successful completion of the programme, you will have acquired an Honours degree in Accountancy and Finance from Robert Gordon University and professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant with ICAS. On top of that, you will have gained 5 years of invaluable experience working in a finance team for a global top-three insurance broker, with the guarantee of a full-time position.

5-year programme
Years 1 to 3: study for BA (Hons) Accounting with Robert Gordon University
Years 4 & 5: study for CA qualification with ICAS
1 day per week protected study day
8 days per year on campus (travel and subsistence costs to Aberdeen covered)
Dedicated mentor throughout the programme
About You
BBBB Highers (must include English and Maths)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Drive to learn and develop
Passion for a career within Finance
