Then we want YOU for our Pre-Opening Team as a Duty Manager at TFE Hotels!

This is your chance to be part of something new – from the ground up! As a key team member during the pre-opening phase, you’ll help bring our vision to life, shape operations, establish standards, and set the tone for a successful launch and beyond.What you bring:

  • A degree in hotel or hospitality management
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a hotel opening or rebranding
  • A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Confident handling of hotel systems – especially Opera Cloud
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences


Your pre-opening and operational responsibilities:

  • Actively shape the pre-opening process: help set up operational procedures, train the team, and support the launch strategy
  • Lead and coordinate daily and overnight hotel operations post-opening
  • Be the go-to contact for guests and team members during your shift and ensure smooth communication between departments
  • Train, support, and empower your front office team with a hands-on, motivating leadership style
  • Conduct informative shift briefings – keeping everyone in the loop on VIPs, arrivals, groups, promotions, and guest feedback
  • Handle financial procedures like check-ins/outs, cash reconciliation, and daily reports with accuracy
  • Go the extra mile to fulfill guest needs – from transportation to restaurant bookings
  • Support service quality and ensure grooming and appearance standards are upheld
  • Work hand-in-hand with other departments – especially in peak times
  • Help build and maintain detailed guest profiles in Opera Cloud
  • Contribute to team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance feedback
