What you'll do
- Provide comprehensive support to project managers, project leads, and senior officers by managing all aspects of project administration with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies for the project team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved.
- Maintain Agile artefacts such as sprint boards, story maps, and hygiene dashboards to support transparent tracking of progress and priorities.
- Offer guidance on best practices, standardisation, and consistency in governance, project planning, reporting, and risk management processes across multiple teams.
- Develop efficient tooling and templates that streamline project workflows and enhance overall productivity within the team.
- Produce detailed technical plans outlining assumptions, dependencies, risks, and issues to enable informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor delivery status closely, track progress against milestones, and ensure smooth transitions into front-to-back test environments for successful implementation.
- Prepare clear reports, documentation, and communication artefacts tailored for project leads, working groups, and steering committees to keep all parties informed.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with partners in Technology as well as various business units to foster effective collaboration across the organisation.
What you bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree coupled with professional experience-ideally gained within a financial institution-demonstrates your academic foundation and sector knowledge.
- A proven track record of successfully delivering complex global projects within the financial services domain highlights your capability to manage multifaceted initiatives.
- Your self-motivation combined with creative problem-solving skills enables you to take ownership of tasks while collaborating effectively within global teams.
- Exceptional organisational abilities allow you to manage multiple demands simultaneously while adapting smoothly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills empower you to build networks across diverse teams while ensuring clarity in all interactions with stakeholders at every level.
- Experience bringing different teams together towards common objectives showcases your collaborative approach to achieving shared outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, JIVE, TWiki, MS Project Professional, SharePoint, and general MS-Office applications equips you with essential technical capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies-including participation in ceremonies and maintenance of related artefacts-enables you to support modern project delivery frameworks.
