Job Description For Posting

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will have some previous claims experience, preferably within Property or Liability however other areas of insurance and claims can be considered. They would also be very detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.

We will rely on you to:

• Investigate and process insurance claims
• Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
  
  

What you need to have:

• Previous claims experience, preferably within Property or Liability however other areas of insurance and claims can be considered
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in using claims management software
