The shift pattern for this position is Mon to Fri office hours. There is a permanent and fixed-term role available.

This is an exciting time for NHSGGC, as we implement our new ambitious Transforming Together strategy to support health & Social Care Reform. Within the Corporate Planning Team we have an exciting opportunity for an Project Support Officer with planning and project management skills

This role will provide the post-holder with a unique opportunity to work across a number of high-profile programmes, including the ‘Transforming Together’ Programme and the ‘GGC Way Forward’ Programme. The post-holder will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the PMO, including assisting in the delivery of advice and guidance on appropriate programme and project management methodologies.

The post-holder will be required to work autonomously in the role, escalating any issues that may arise to the appropriate programme lead. Effective interpersonal skills are a key requirement as the post-holder will be expected to establish and maintain good working relationships across multiple teams within NHSGGC and externally with key stakeholders.

You must be highly organised with a demonstrable track record of success in an administration or project role.
