We're currently looking for a Change Analyst on a full time, 6-month fixed term contract basis.
This position sits within the Change team. We are flexible on the location of this role, with occasional travel to our Glasgow office.
The job
Reporting to the Change Manager, on a day-to-day basis, you'll be involved in the following:
Provide specialist change analyst services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative.
Plan and lead change impact assessments, identifying and quantifying impacts, risks and issues.
Plan and lead on business readiness activities including but not limited to support models, training needs analysis, training approach/plans, training delivery and communication plans to ensure the successful transition to future state with minimal disruption to BAU processes, increasing up take and protecting our customer experience.
Identify, evaluate, estimate and articulate the work required to successfully implement the changes.
Identify key BAU processes impacted by change ensuring "as is" and "to be" states are mapped to the required standard.
Conduct and verify post implementation reviews to ensure change has been adopted and benefits realised.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Contribute to the identification of benefits, working with stakeholders and the benefit manager to ensure accurate identification, traceability and reporting of benefits.
Collaborate with Business and Transformation Delivery teams where appropriate to effectively scope, design and implement strategic and tactical business change.
Prepare and facilitate project/programme meetings/workshops as required and undertake all analysis required for the meeting/workshop inputs and outputs.
Contribute to the development of business and change analysis processes and deliverables whilst supporting the implementation of new technologies.

Is highly motivated, resilient, proactive and enthusiastic individual who is committed to meeting strict deadlines and goals.
Proven track record in a change analysis role, with full lifecycle experience on a variety of project types.
Experience of employing a broad and diverse range of change analysis best practices, methodologies and tools.
Ability to challenge business and technology areas in order to achieve the optimal future design of any change initiative.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex changes to different stakeholders.
Ability to influence and support senior Stakeholders through difficult decisions.
Self-reliant individual who can reflect on own performance and make improvements.
A solid understanding of how people move through change with the ability to support people through transition from current state to future state, understanding what is needed to influence each stakeholder to embrace and adopt the change.
Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools e.g. PROSCI Change Management and ADKAR techniques.
Familiar with MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, Miro.
