Restaurant Manager (New Italian Concept) Location: East End, Glasgow Fantastic Salary Offered Full-Time | Permanent

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team at an exciting new Italian restaurant opening soon in Glasgow’s East End.

This isn’t just another Italian – we’re bringing a fresh twist to traditional Italian cuisine, and we need a dynamic leader who’s as passionate about service as we are about food.

The Role:

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the venue, leading the team, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and working closely with the Head Chef and owners to shape the identity and success of the restaurant.

Proven experience in a similar management role Passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude Ability to manage rotas, stock, budgets, and staff development A warm and engaging personality with a focus on delivering top-tier service
