Clarkson Owens are delighted to be working with a UK leading industrial specialist looking to hire a Business Support Administrator to join their growing Glasgow team.

Duties

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry and document management.
  • Ensuring efficient operations and excellent service.
  • Assist in managing security clearance proccesses and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with external clients.
  • Support HR and operations teams.
  • Organise company events.
  • Gather and compile weekly updates and reports from site teams.
  • Handle additional tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Candidates should have experience working within an office environment.
  • Proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
