You will be their right-hand person, supporting them to provide our clients with an exceptional recruitment service. Providing recruitment solutions to clients across West Scotland, you would focus on temporary roles within the construction and T&D industries.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Resourcer looking for a new challenge, a Recruitment Consultant looking to move away from business development or even somebody looking to take that first step into recruitment.Responsibilities include:* Interviewing and referencing candidates* Matching candidates to jobs* Chasing timesheets* Speaking to candidates and clients on the telephone every day* Ensuring accurate database records are maintained* Providing a first-class customer service to our candidates and clients* General administration duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning etc.* Being on client site for candidate inductionsSkills required:* The ability to multi-task, organised and efficient* Accurate with good attention to detail* Motivated and hardworking, with high energy and urgency* Dedicated with a positive attitude* Persistent and tenacious* Professional and career minded* Confident with an excellent telephone manner* A charming personality with the ability to nurture relationships* Experience in a recruitment or sales role* Must have valid UK driving licence and vehicle (this is essential for client meeting and inductions)What we can offer you;* This is an opportunity to join one of the highest performing teams in Search* Fast moving and performance-orientated business with excellent rewards* Very competitive salary, benefits package and commission scheme* Fantastic opportunities for career progression* Industry-leading training* Modern, collaborative office spacesWe are looking to undertake interviews as soon as possible, please feel free to contact Katie Ball.
