Key Responsibilities

• General administrative support
• Diary Management, emails, calls
• Scheduling meetings and maintaining records
• Maintain budget monitoring systems and dealing with orders
• Supporting day-to-day office operations
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous admin experience with high level of responsibility
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Friendly, professional, and proactive approach
• Experience of using ordering and purchasing systems
