Reporting to Trtls Head of Digital Growth, youll work cross-functionally to produce and deliver compelling multi-channel organic social content, manage content calendars and work across all major platforms - empowering us to connect with travel-loving audiences globally.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
Coordinate, distribute and schedule engaging organic content across Trtls social channels - particularly Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin and TikTok
Working directly with the Head of Digital Growth, develop and curate a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar to brand guidelines and supporting key trading and campaign moments
Remain agile and responsive to trends within the social space and be ready to shift and adapt content plans accordingly
Liaise with Trtls in house design team to plan, edit and produce video, stills, UGC and branded content
Work with the wider marketing team to plan, brief in and coordinate content creator and UGC output for organic and paid social
Communit y Development & Live Shopping
Liase cross functionally to develop and curate exclusive content for Trtls closed community group, including online events, customer interviews, new product previews, collaborative features
Work with the Head of Digital Growth to map out acquisition journeys and messaging across social, email & paid channels; drive user sign up and engagement metrics for Trtls closed community group
Lead the conversation with Trtls online community across all social channels responding to comments, messages and posts to drive engagement
Plan and coordinate live shoppable video content on TikTok and Instagram, supporting and presenting when required
Performance Analytics & Reporting
Working with the Head of Digital Growth, own the growth and development of social channels with a test and learn approach to drive engagement and audience reach
Use social listening tools to monitor, analyse, and report on sentiment, opportunities, and brand reputation.
Utilise analytics tools (native and third-party) to track KPIs, growth metrics, and campaign ROI, sharing clear insights and recommendations to the wider marketing team / business
What Were Looking For Must-Have Skills & Experience
An agile, creative thinker with excellent organisation skills able to balance long-term strategy with the attention to detail required for day-to-day execution
2-5 years of experience in social media, brand communications and content creation with a demonstrable track record of driving online growth through creative campaigns, ideally for a consumer-facing e-commerce brand
Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a flair for witty social native copy and the ability to bring ideas to life, confident both in front of and behind the camera
Proficiency in key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Meta); scheduling/reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Brandwatch); basic knowledge of content creation tools including Figma, Canva and video editing software
Collaborative and positive attitudeable to work both independently and as part of a creative team.
Genuine passion for social commerce and the changing social landscape with a desire to shape Trtls content strategy at an exciting time
Due to the 24x7 nature of social media, ability to flex working hours across the week as appropriate (averaging full-time hours of 35 per week)
Nice to Have
A travel lover with knowledge of travel, lifestyle, or retail markets
Experience within a fast-paced start-up/ SME is not essential but will make you a great fit for the Trtl team culture and ways of working
Experience supporting paid social campaigns and/ or implementing SEO best practices in organic content
