And that’s up and above your base salary of £50,000. Here you’ll be joining the Scottish team as a Commercial Account Executive, working on an initial two-year growth plan where you’ll reap brilliant financial rewards for developing commercial clientele under a UK wide insurance brand. You’ll benefit from full support for broking, handling, claims and marketing with all your working week spent concentrating on client development and retention.

The team already has an established book of business you can support to give you a bit of service remit as you build out your own book in the initial phases of your journey here. And, as part of a potential succession plan, you will have scope to develop quickly into a regional management role taking on the running of this account if you are someone with progression on your mind. Initially you can work from home as much as you want but you’ll have the added benefit of your own offices if you prefer a base to work from away from home.

You’ll need 2 years or more client facing commercial broking experience for this one with knowledge across all main commercial business classes. Location is flexible across Scotland.
