Were looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented technician to join our expert team in our refit and diagnostic workshop. Dont have experience with transmissions? No problem we provide full specialist training.
What Youll Do:Diagnose faults and carry out testing on a variety of vehicles
Remove and install both automatic and manual transmissions
Plan and manage repair tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
Accurately report faults and completed work to ensure a smooth workflow
Mentor apprentices and share your knowledge with the next generation
Stay up to date with the latest in automotive and gearbox tech via ongoing training
What Were Looking For:Time-served or experienced in the motor vehicle trade
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical know-how
Excellent communication and team spirit
Quality-focused with a positive, can-do attitude
