- known logistics company.
Operating out of our clients depots based in East Kilbride, we require 3 Class 1 Dayshift drivers for RDC to RDC and occasional trunking work, the RDC to RDC is straight forward as are always a Fork lift tip, however you must be comfortable with Curtains and Ratchets and straps as you will be expected to open and close at each tip. There may also be occasional Trunks although this is not guaranteed and will mostly be RDC to RDC.We also Require 2 Class 1 Night shift drivers for Single Man Trunking, starting at 18.00 each night working Monday to Friday, this will include a straight trailer swap to Preston and back.
This work can be ongoing work each week for the right candidate and will be booked week to week
Pay Rates:Days - £16.00 Per HourNights - £17.00 Per HourSaturday - £18.00 Per HourSunday and Bank Holiday - £19.00 Per HourResponsibilities within our clients as a Class 1:Perform RDC to RDC and Trunking work in a timely and professional manner
Strong understanding of Drivers hours and WTD RegulationsProvide excellent customer service at each delivery point.Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies
Ensure safe handling and delivery of customer products
