Job Overview
Job purpose
Optimal FM are looking for a someone to join the Project Coordination team. Within this position you will be responsible to - Organise travel and accommodation, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Liaise with suppliers to coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment.
Monitor and track project expenses
Identify and report potential project risks related to budget, timeline, or scope.
Utilise Google to produce professional reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Ensure all documents follow the correct company templates and compliance standards.
Creation of project files, including job packs for sites.
Monitoring project status updating relevant files.
Locating and selecting sources of supply for materials or services required.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers.
Support project teams with planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Support to Project Management/Site Manager and Clients (as required) in any admin required.
Tracking on hire & off-hire of equipment for the sites.
Along with full company training, you will be working towards your Business Administration SCQF L6. Business Administration plays an integral role in the success of an organisation. A well-defined and developed Business Administration function keeps a business running. The SCQF Level 6 Business Administration
apprenticeship is designed to equip those working in business and administration with the skills and knowledge they need to demonstrate competence in
their job role.
Learners on this programme have a broad range of activities with significant complexity, responsibility and autonomy, often in a supervisory or team-leading role.
Qualifications Required Nat 5 Maths & English.
Desirable Skills: Confidence with numbers, time management, attention to detail, problem solving.
