Do you have experience in organisation and a commitment to making things run smoothly?
Are you prepared to take on an essential role in aiding leadership and enhancing project outcomes for a brighter future? Then, this could be the next adventure in your career.
Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow
To further strengthen our business operations and project delivery, we are looking for a Team Support to join us. You will be integral to how we operate, working closely with our leadership team to provide administrative support for the day-to-day operation of our business and our projects.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide day-to-day support to one or more members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) operating the business across UK & Ireland.
- This will include diary management, arranging internal or external meetings, organising UK or international travel, and reconciling and submitting expenses.
- You will work closely with SLT to provide wider operational administrative support to the business e.g. arranging, preparing material for, attending and taking records of management meetings; updating management records including internal SharePoint sites; preparing presentation material for internal business communications; helping support timely and accurate completion of timesheets; or conducting research and compiling data to support wider business initiatives.
- You will also be required to provide administrative support to Project Managers on some of our key projects.
- This may include, for example, assistance in updating project resource forecasts, timesheets, and organisation charts; scheduling meetings and preparing agendas and minutes; supporting preparation of regular project management reports; updating other project or document management systems or processes.
Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.
The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners, or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.
Furthermore, you should be or will have,
- Demonstrable experience working in similar roles e.g. as a personal or executive assistant, or in project coordination or administration.
- A collaborative professional, with effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities, able to take the initiative and bring your own ideas and solutions to problems.
- A highly organised individual with the ability to build effective and collaborative working relationships at all levels within a business, and the skill to handle deadlines or quickly realign to changing priorities.
- Professional and discrete when dealing with personal or confidential information related to people or projects.
- Skilled at operating alone as well as within a broader administrative team that assists one another to ensure consistent service to our leadership team and significant projects.
- Have effective written and verbal communication, able to adapt your style as the situation demands, and with a focus on detail when necessary.
- A proficient user of Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and of business collaboration tools such as SharePoint and PowerBI with an aptitude to learn new software packages if required.
A place to work and so much more.
