What You Will Do
As a Regional Invoicer, your key role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the dealership by providing accurate and timely invoicing for all work completed. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining a clear, organised audit trail that aligns with Volvo’s dealer operating standards. Your attention to detail will help ensure that invoices are processed without delay, and that all warranty and contract claims are handled smoothly.

What You Will Do

You’ll play a vital part in maintaining a clear, organised audit trail that aligns with Volvo’s dealer operating standards. Your attention to detail will help ensure that invoices are processed without delay, and that all warranty and contract claims are handled smoothly.
- Process invoices using 5-digit V.S.T numbers, ensuring all parts and sublet items are included correctly.
- Ensure all sundries and environmental charges are accounted for and billed appropriately.
- Maximise charges across all areas to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure that invoices are processed accurately across different categories: Warranty, Contracts, Retail, and Maintenance & Repair.
- Maintain budgeted margins and monitor work in progress against week-end and month-end targets.
- Strictly adhere to warranty and contract procedures, ensuring compliance at every stage.
- Ensure warranty and contract claims include the 3 C's: Complaint – Cause – Cure.
- Proactively address any claims or errors within warranty and contract transactions.
- Work to resolve issues in the rejections spreadsheet, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly.
- Up to 33 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays & increasing with length of service)
- Company bonus scheme - paid quarterly up to a max of 5%
