Job purpose

We are looking for recent graduates eager to begin a professional career within a technical recruitment company in our Glasgow Offices, this role offers a company which will invest in your career whilst the role helps you learn and develop your commercial skills.

We are one of Scotland’s leading independent recruitment organisations, working within a number of specialist sectors in both the domestic and international markets.

You will be based in our Head Office in St.Vincent Place, Glasgow and will enjoy a full and structured training programme which will involve sales techniques, solution selling, and business development.

You will be given the opportunity to learn about every part of the recruitment function across a wide range of technical, construction and engineering industry sectors.

Your role will involve identifying and attracting new clients through a combination of following warm leads and generating your own sales leads, developing relationships with clients and sourcing quality candidates.

What Can You Expect?

  • Full training is provided and tailored to your individual needs
  • A structured programme of "on the Job" training where you will be working "live" roles
  • You will work closely with a designated, experienced team member to support on daily activities
  • You will be given the chance to work on every part of the recruitment process
  • You will be assisting with searching for qualified candidates for key positions
  • Build Relationships with candidates and clients
  • Progress into one of our specialist teams providing contract & permanent recruitment services

You will learn how to priorities your workload in a busy fast paced environment. You will also learn how to use our internal IT systems, diary management s and customer service skills.

  • Higher English and Administration required for this role.
