Technology Systems Implementation Manager

Fixed Term Contract - July 2026 - Up to £75,000

We are recruiting for a Technology Systems Implementation Manager who has a strong understanding of technology systems, risk management and assurance practices to ensure the integrity and reliability of our clients framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective governance of applications to maintain compliance and operational efficiency and access structures to protect data security. This will also include Microsoft Intune and all policies and applications related to endpoint delivery, including browsers, M365 applications (Word, Excel, etc) and only approved applications can be deployed.
  • Oversee the delivery of Business IT applications by the designated supplier, covering all O365 applications with key services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams
  • Facilitate secure and functional file access structures for external suppliers and stakeholders. Apply access structures to protect data security
  • Establish a robust data storage structure to safeguard OC data and ensure business continuity.
  • Organize activities for the handover, archiving and disposal of data
  • Create and uphold Business and Staff policies regarding the use of Business IT applications
  • Develop and manage the Cyber Security Strategy to ensure ongoing diligence and effective response measures.
  • Audit, develop, map, and ensure the implementation of a suitable Cyber Security architecture

About You

  • Experience of implementation of Different operating system
  • Proven experience in leading enterprise technology system implementations in high-stakes environments.
  • A strong foundation in business IT, cybersecurity, identity management, and endpoint security.
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and risk mitigation in complex multi-supplier ecosystems.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute with precision under tight timelines.
